超かぐや姫！のテーマは「辛いと感じたとき、あと一歩頑張れ！」だと思ってる
『超かぐや姫！』見ましたか？
この投稿を見てくれている人は既に何回も超かぐや姫！を視聴しており、いろんな人の感想を聞きたい！と思っているような人がほとんどだと思う。
筆者はもう1日1回は見るようにしており、10周以上は確実にしているくらいはドはまりしている。
「超かぐや姫！は大人用お子様ランチ」
「超かぐや姫！は再解釈された現代版のかぐや姫であり、令和を代表し得る作品」
「ただの寿司頼んだはずなのに無料で高級寿司と黒毛和牛出てきた」
などなど。いろんな考察や感想を見て納得する一方、この作品のテーマは以下でないかとも思うのだ。
「辛いと感じたとき、あと一歩頑張れ！
大変だし、無理って思うのも分かる。
絶対きついけど、それでもその頑張りが必ず報われる時が来るよ！」
作中で描かれているのは常に誰かの努力
逐一挟まれる彩葉の勉強バイトのシーン
かぐやがライバーとしてガンガン活動するシーン
大きく省略されてしまっているが、ヤチヨの8,000年はもう一度彩葉に会うための努力であり、それに対する彩葉のアンサーもまた多大な努力を必要としただろう。
これらを比べた時、彩葉の勉強・バイトシーンは見ていて少し苦しさを感じなかっただろうか？
それもそのはず。
努力の「目的」が本人の心からの願いに由来してないからだ。
逆にかぐやのライバー活動シーンや、後半の彩葉の10年は楽しそうに見える。
そう。
それはどちらも「これが私のやりたいこと！」と信じて突き進んでいるからに他ならない。
よく言われるけど、”正しい努力”って、本人からすると努力をしているつもりはなく、ただやりたいことに向かって進んでいるだけなんだっていうのを画で見せてくる。
超かぐや姫！は彩葉が「やりたいこと」を見つけるストーリーでもある
ヤチヨの8,000年の記憶を浴びて、真の意味で彩葉とかぐやが再開するシーン。
実はここが2時間半のリターン地点でもある。
これまでは流されるように、自分のやるべきことや目的を定めてきた彩葉が、はじめて自分の意志で進む道を決める。
この映画で制作陣が見せたかったところはここじゃないかと思うのだ。
この映画を見終わったとき、気分は晴れやかなのに涙が出てきた。
感動したのはもちろんだし、少し切なさもあるし、大好きな物語が終わる寂しさもあったけど、
2時間かけて心のベールをはがされたところに、この質問を投げかけられたからなのかな、って最近は思う。
目の前のスクリーンでは近未来で実現しそうな、大人になって思い描くような夢を見ているのに、なぜか自分が子供の時に抱いた夢を思い出させる。
最初は目的が曖昧なまま、それでもがむしゃらに突っ走っていた彩葉が、終盤には自身のやりたいことに向かって周りを頼りながら進んでいく。
その姿を見せて、
「あなたが好きなことは何ですか？」
「本当にやりたいことが出来ていますか？」
こう問いかけられた気がした。
自分がそうだったから、あえて言うと
超かぐや姫！は惰性で生きている人にこそ刺さる話だと、
いや、惰性で生きていた人にこそ刺さった話だと、そう思う。

普段アニメも映画も漫画も見返したりはしない筆者だが、この作品だけはエンドレスリピートしている。
どこかで見た「いろんな”好き”で心のベールをはがされて、物語終盤にダイレクトに情報を流し込まれる（意訳）」みたいな文章がめちゃめちゃ心に残ってるんだよな。確かその人も「この映画は生きていく活力をくれる」的なことを言ってた気がする。
こんだけ周回してても、皆の感想を見て新しい発見ができる超かぐや姫！
